Day 2: Why did you decide to become a chiropractor?
I decided to become a chiropractor to make a positive impact on my community. I enjoy building personal relationships with others and being a chiropractor is a unique opportunity for this. Interacting with my patients affords me the opportunity to directly impact others not only in their healing journey but in their life outside of the office as well.
Being a chiropractor also gives me the opportunity to problem solve. As a chiropractor, it is my job to detect the underlying cause of a problem and correct that problem. Removing the cause of a health issue allows patients to properly recover and rely on the natural healing ability of their body without the need for prescription drugs or surgical intervention. Merely placing a band-aid on a patient’s symptoms is not enough to truly help them heal.
I am proud to be a chiropractor and make a direct and positive impact on my community. Comment below with any questions or thoughts, and don’t forget to like and share the video. See you guys tomorrow!
