Day 18: How do you start each day?
I start my day bright and early with a workout. Working out gives me energy and clears my mind, so it is important to me to allot time for daily movement. I find this is easiest to do in the morning. After my workout I make breakfast to help me recover and be fueled for my day. I also practice a few breathing exercises and reflect on my goals and must accomplish tasks for the day by making a prioritized list. The combination of all of these things helps me be in a positive and productive mindset so I am ready to conquer my day!!
